Spechler-Vogel Textiles is a family-owned and operated textile company located in the heart of New York City’s Garment District. Founded more than 80 years ago, Spechler-Vogel is now in its third generation selling high-quality fabrics.
In need of a digital presence, Spechler-Vogel engaged CS Designworks to bring its venerable company into the modern marketing landscape. Up for the challenge of showcasing its over 250 fabric cards, CSD developed a powerful template in WordPress that enabled the seamless integration of this immense amount of content. CSD’s in-house photo team set up and photographed all of the fabrics and optimized the images for web. The fabric cards have a rollover feature that allows magnification of its fabrics making it easy for the user to envision. The login area allows the client to access more pertinent information about its fabrics including inventory, pricing and detailed specifications.
