As the world's largest private commercial real estate firm, Cushman & Wakefield had just completed a comprehensive redesign of its Knowledge Center Portal, and wanted to promote it in a convincing manner. The portal contains all of the C&W research materials under one roof and includes: research reports, white papers, business briefings, property magazines and sector reports.
A video was the perfect medium to get out the word and CSD was called into action. From concept through completion we went above and beyond by meeting three marketing objectives: 1) educating internal staff, 2) informing their clients, and 3) encouraging online registration. The result of the video was more than Cushman & Wakefield has expected as they registered over 30,000 users in record time.
Marketing is too important to be left to the marketing department.
