Design in Sports

brew.jpgOne of my favorite things to do as a designer is to make a logo. I like the concept of telling the story of a company, or business in a simple graphic.

Growing up in Brooklyn and being a huge sports fan, I remember talking sports with my cousins one day, and one of them pointed out to me that the Milwaukee Brewers logo was more than just a glove. When he broke it down, and said that it was really an “M” and “B”, I was amazed and hooked. It blew my mind that this simple image told the whole story of its franchise in a subtle but genius way.
